When you do not need a full float count but want confidence in the paper trail, this spot-check samples vouchers from a stated period — typically the last replenishment cycle or the last 30 days.

We look for missing merchant receipts, photocopied claims, missing approver signatures, split purchases that bypass limits, and claims posted twice. Findings are listed by voucher reference so your team can chase custodians without re-reading every envelope.

Bring the voucher packs and the replenishment claim form. Cash counting is optional and quoted separately if you decide to add it on the day.
