This notice explains how Aidatasolutions (“we”) handles personal data when you use aidatasolutions.digital or engage us for petty cash audit reviews.

Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided, message content, review type, float size notes)
• Engagement records (custodian names, branch addresses, exception schedules, invoices)
• Technical data from essential cookies and, if you accept, analytics cookies (see our cookie policy)

We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank passwords, or payment card details through the website form.

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver reviews, invoice, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years after the final invoice unless a longer period is required by law or dispute. Analytics data follows the periods in the cookie table.

Your rights

Subject to Hong Kong law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and information about how we use it. Contact info@aidatasolutions.digital. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

International transfers

Our primary records are held in Hong Kong. If a processor outside Hong Kong is used (for example email hosting), we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect the data.

Security

We limit access to engagement files to staff working on your review and use reputable hosting for this static site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data by email.
